Patrick sings this song to Jane all the time but instead of saying "Bonnie" he says "Hodgie" (Jane's nickname). In her mind, Madelyn made a connection between ocean and lotion. The Real McCoys were established in Summit County Colorado back in 2006 by Patrick and Julia McCoy. Soon after they relocated in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jane joined the group in the Summer of 2008 and Madelyn followed in the summer of 2010. Two weeks after Madelyn was born the McCoys returned to Colorado and now reside in the foothills southwest of Denver.
