Jane enjoyed making valentines for her classmates but she was too shy to pass them out at "day school" (daycare).

Sledding down to the mailbox is fun.

This is priceless.

Funny things that Jane has said lately:

* As she pulls a suitcase down the hallway, "I go to India next week. I will miss you Mom."
* Patrick is in a public restroom with her taking her potty. Jane points to the toilet and says "People go poopy in there."
* Jane steps onto the scale. "I weigh... 2 minutes."
* There is almost 2 feet of snow covering everything in our yard including her little car. Jane looks out the window and says "Bye car, I will miss you."

Madelyn's 6-month stats.

Height: 25 1/4" - 45th percentile (not sure how accurate this is?)
Weight: 14 lbs. 10 oz - 25th percentile
Head: 43 1/2 cm - 75th percentile

Last weekend Mamaw was in town to help take care of Baby Leo.

The temperature was in the 70s so they decided to walk down to see the horses. The 70s dropped below zero within a couple days.
Jane has really grown up a lot in the last couple weeks. She has become more independent. She often wants to "DO MYSELF!!!" when it comes to putting on her clothes and going potty. She has started singing, dancing, and talking non-stop. She's even started to come out of her shell a little bit at school.

3 Weeks ago while Nami and Poppa stayed with the girls, Madelyn started sitting up on her own.

Last week she started the early stages of crawling. It won't be long until she's all over the place. She tries so hard to keep up with her big sister. She even started talking a lot. Ba ba ba ba.

Julia apologizes for neglecting the blog.

Patrick has been traveling for work, and Julia has been very busy with work and taking care of the girls. It's 12:15AM. Julia should go to bed, but this has been on the to-do list too long so let's try to get caught up.....
